The first class of LEAP learners wrote matric in 2005 and in just a few years LEAP has made a significant difference to the Western Cape learner results.

• In the past 5 years, 172 of the 188 learners who wrote Grade 12 passed (91%)
• 84 learners passed with university exemption or a Bachelor qualification (49% of passes)
• 100% of our learners wrote mathematics (not maths literacy) and physical science
• 100% of our learners wrote English and Xhosa at home language level
• 100% pass rate in 2008
